Memories of an earlier book launch event
For the launch of Oxford Castaways 2 we held a debate. I’d created the mythical island of Oxtopia and the inspirational castaways had to establish a new society there. James Harrison of Oxfordfolio and I asked some of my castaways to have a debate. Rev Dr Charlotte Bannister Park , the poet Jenny Lewis , the documentary film-maker Dai Richards and the then director of the Pegasus Youth Theatre the poet and performer Euton Daley discussed what of Oxford they would want to take to Oxtopia and what they would be happy to leave behind. What would you take and what would you leave?
