Weimin He is artist in resident at the Radcliffe Observatory Quarter. A pathway between Walton Street and Woodstock Road has been created and lined with hoardings. In a few weeks’ time some of his pictures (click on the PDF) will be mounted on the hoardings. I am so privileged. Two poems will be included in the display. The poem at the Walton Street end is An Artist Observes which I wrote inspired by the vision of Weimin sketching alone on the cleared site.
